Senior Leaders Week 2012
The Berlin Civil Society Center offers a Senior Leaders Programme for experienced leaders who will jointly explore existing and future leadership challenges and develop effective approaches in dealing with these. The programme aims specifically at CEOs and Deputy CEOs of major national and global civil society organisations (CSOs) and at Division Heads working at global level.
In its third year the Senior Leaders Programme has established a strong reputation in the sector. In order to meet the increasing demand, and specifically to be able to offer more spaces to civil society leaders from the global South, we plan to run two trainings of 20 participants each in parallel. Both trainings will be run under the same curriculum. As part of the week, four leading consultancies will present “State of the Art Management” in various areas. The other focus of the training will be on “Quality Leadership”.
