Evaluation

16 participants (94% of the total) returned their evaluation questionnaires to the Center. Key points of the participants’ assessment were:

• Rating of the workshop’s content was roughly equally distributed between “very good” and “excellent”.
• Marks for the facilitation of the Senior Leaders Week were valued between “good” and “excellent”; especially the fact that the content was adapted according to the participants’ wishes and that expectations was highly valued.
• The great majority of participants rated the workshop preparation, the logistics and the catering as “excellent”.
• Key benefits the workshop brought for participants were (in order of participants’ ratings): “Establishing contact with other Senior Leaders“, “Insights into how other Senior Leaders approach management & leadership challenges“, “Exploring existing and future leadership challenges“, “Concrete ideas how to develop your own leadership skills”.
• 15 of the 16 respondents found the Senior Leaders Week overall “very good” or “excellent”.
